Prime Season is from May 15th through October 15th. Quiet Season is from October 16th through May 14th with the following exceptions: Spring break (March 18th through March 27th), the Thanksgiving holiday period (Wednesday before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas through New Years (December 23rd through January 1st).

About The Pearl
"The Pearl" is a magnificent home overlooking Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The view from this home is one of the best on the Oregon Coast. The Pearl sleeps 11 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bunk room. The upper floor has a fantastic open-concept living room, large dining table and fabulous kitchen - all overlooking Netarts Bay. Beach access is about a 5 minute walk. This home has street level parking for 3 vehicles, driveway and garage access not available for guests. Sorry, but no pets are allowed.
