Prime Season is from May 15th through October 15th. Quiet Season is from October 16th through May 14th with the following exceptions: Spring break (March 18th through March 27th), the Thanksgiving holiday period (Wednesday before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas through New Years (December 23rd through January 1st).

About Sandy Beach Treehouse
This is a absolutely beautiful home on Netarts Bay. The location is very private, with views of the Bay. The home is adjacent to a creek and has beach access. Recently remodeled, the home includes a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, 2 king size bedrooms, a double bunk bed and 2 bathrooms. Sunsets over the Bay are really awesome!
Special Note - This home has a strict no pet policy. That includes any kind of animal, dog, bird, cat, etc. Even emotional support pets are not allowed. The property owners have severe pet allergies. Happy Camp Hideaway has many other properties that afre pet friendly. We're sorry but anyone who violates this no pet policy will be requred to leave the property.

Loved this rental! It's in a perfect area, very quiet and very private. Beautiful views. I can't wait to stay here again.
