Prime Season is from May 15th through October 15th. Quiet Season is from October 16th through May 14th with the following exceptions: Spring break (March 18th through March 27th), the Thanksgiving holiday period (Wednesday before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas through New Years (December 23rd through January 1st).

About Falcon's Perch
Relax and take in Netarts Bay from here in Happy Camp, or take a short walk down to the beach and look for sand dollars.
Falcon's Perch sleeps 8 with a variety of bedding options, has plenty of parking, while also being wheelchair friendly. There are two en suite bathrooms and a half bath on the main level.
The great room has a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, telescope, big screen television, and a DVD player. There is also a coffee bar featuring pottery from local artists.
We offer a gourmet kitchen with a gas range and oven, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, and utensils for all your cooking needs.
Falcon's Perch can accommodate little ones with a playpack and high chair. There are toys for young and teens throughout, as well as a television in each bedroom.
The back deck with a gas BBQ and the front deck offers spectacular bay and ocean views.
With all the amenities provided, the only thing you need to bring is you, a toothbrush, and some food!

This home is allergy friendly and does not allow pets. Home includes one king bed, two queen beds, a twin loft, and a twin roll away. There is an expandable dining room table, two full baths, and plenty of seating.
