Prime Season is from May 15th through October 15th. Quiet Season is from October 16th through May 14th with the following exceptions: Spring break (March 18th through March 27th), the Thanksgiving holiday period (Wednesday before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas through New Years (December 23rd through January 1st).

About Captain's Quarters
Captain's Quarters is located in a quiet neighborhood a short drive/walk to the beach. It is a Townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps 8. This home is completely furnished with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and living room on the main floor. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king size bed and jacuzzi tub for two in the spacious bathroom. Also upstairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with a double set of bunkbeds.
The home is well equipped with baby high chairs and safety gates, puzzels, barbecue, linens and towels.
A three hole golf course is available for guests too.
Due to neighborhood restrictions, no pets are allowed. Also, a maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at the property.

We just returned from 3 nights in the Captain's Quarters! What a delight! The owner has thought of everything to ensure a wonderful stay. We brought our 3 grandkids, and they had a wonderful time! The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms fantastic (especially the jacuzzi tub in the master bath!) . The grass area behind provided some frisbee time, playing catch and generally just run around time for 3 kids. The location of the house is great with a beautiful view of Netarts Bay. Would highly recommend for a great getaway. The location is ideal.

Beautiful home!!! Absolutely LOVED staying here! Wish I never had to leave! Family also rented The Homestead house and that was absolutely wonderful and beautiful too! Had my wedding there by the beach and couldn't have been happier with the location and staff! Would definitely recommend and give 5 stars!
