Prime Season is from May 15th through October 15th. Quiet Season is from October 16th through May 14th with the following exceptions: Spring break (March 18th through March 27th), the Thanksgiving holiday period (Wednesday before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas through New Years (December 23rd through January 1st).

About Cape View
This townhouse was constructed in 2008 and is very beautifully decorated. It sleeps 8 with two bedrooms and two plus a half baths. The upstairs has a living, dining, kitchen, half bath and queen wall bed. A back deck with a BBQ and a front view deck with spectacular bay and ocean views. It includes an elevator and wide doorways for wheelchairs access. This townhouse is a separate unit that shares a structure with the Ocean Bay View. These units can be combined for larger parties.
