Prime Season is from May 15th through October 15th. Quiet Season is from October 16th through May 14th with the following exceptions: Spring break (March 18th through March 27th), the Thanksgiving holiday period (Wednesday before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas through New Years (December 23rd through January 1st).

This home has a view of Netarts Bay and is located about one mile from Happy Camp Hideaway. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a deadend road in Netarts. It sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Upstairs, there is a living room, dining table, kitchen, TV/Entertainment area, Futon Bed and a expansive deck for entertaining. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with double twin beds. Also, downstairs is two full baths and a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The home has WiFi with a TV/entertainment center. NetFlix is included. On the deck is a new gas barbeque.
