MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of people that may occupy the Vacation Rental is indicated in the Rentals Tab above. This rule applies to daytime or over night visitors and includes children older than age 2 as well. Unless otherwise approved by us, occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.

Happy Camp Hideaway is a great place to have weddings, family reunions and other large gatherings.  

Larger groups have frequently used our property for very successful events.  However, it can strain facilities, use additional supplies, create added expenses and infringe on other guests enjoyment.  In addition, Tillamook County has vacation rental ordinances that limit occupancy and can result in fines to us.

If you plan on exceeding the strict occupancy limit or to have a special group gathering, please notify us upon making your reservation and recieve express written authority from us.  We will want to know the complete nature of the event including number of attendees, timing and location.  Depending on the event, we may require additional deposits, liability insurance coverage and extra facility usage fees.

In our 15 years at Happy Camp, an enjoyable experience for our guests is both our objective and trademark.  By complying with this requirement, we can meet both our objectives - have have fun too!
